Since our founding in 1947, Company Products has been making replacement parts for industrial sewing machines. Today, this has expanded into a full service machine shop.
We design and manufacture the French seam sets with guides that have become the industry standard. All parts are either machined from solid steel or made from our precision castings and heat treated to last a long time in actual use, eliminating costly part changes from inferior quality parts.
In 2015 we expanded our production to include a 4200 square foot fabrication facility in Redford Michigan.What we do
Industrial Sewing Machine Parts
Company Products has a long history of making quality industrial sewing machine parts. All parts are either machined from solid steel or made from our precision castings and heat treated to last a long time in actual use, eliminating costly part changes from inferior quality parts.
We make complete Gauge sets for the current machines from Juki, Adler, Pfaff and others. We design and manufacture the French seam sets with guides that have become industry standard. We also make a large range of deck feet, custom made for your size.
Full Service Machine Shop
In addition to manufacturing custom sewing machine feet we have expanded into a full service machine shop.. capable of meeting all your machining needs.
Our machinery includes:
- 5 CNC vertical machining centers: 3 - 20 x 40 tables and 2 - 30 x 60 tables
- 5 Bridgeport mills (2 prototrak) , experienced mill hands
- 3 surface grinders, experienced grinder hand
- Complete welding area, certified welder, capable of all in-house fabs.
(Fabs are precision machined before weld, resulting in higher quality fabs) - 4 saws – 2 automatic
- 1 Goodway Lathe (16" x 40")
- In house blackening, saving a day on most blackened parts.
- Fully stocked steel racks, usually ready to begin machining on receipt of P.O.
- Capable of receiving and printing electronic files.

- 5 x 10 plasma cutting machine
- Complete welding setup MIG/TIG/ALUMINUM
Equipment and expertise
With a Plasma table, complete MIG and TIG welding equipment set up and a certified welder we are ready to take care of all your fabrication needs! In addition to the standard Fabrication shop equipment, we also combine our CNC machines to make more accurate fits and holes as needed in the fabrications.
